If you were a participant in last year’s Festival, and you
wish to participate again next year, please forward your Exhibitor Agreement,
Checklist, and a cheque, in the required amount, (made payable to the Rideau Valley
Art Festival), to: The Rideau Valley Art Festivalc/o

1) Print a copy of our Application
Form, complete and submit it along with a disc containing six digitized
images of your works, as required below. Mail the form, a $25.00 cheque and disc
to: The Rideau Valley Art Festivalc/o

The second option is to file your application using the electronic form below
and email images of your works, as described below, to normh@rideau.net.
A $25.00 cheque should be mailed to the postal address shown above. The
following information applies to both methods of applying. Requirements
for digitized images: JPEG format no larger than 300 KB. Six images

Titles, sizes and asking prices must be included. Failure to provide any of
the requested information could invalidate your application to the jury process.
Jury payment The non-refundable cheque of $25.00 is required
to cover the cost of jurying your works. The cheque is to be made out to the Rideau
Valley Art Festival, and mailed to the address given in 1) above. Following
the Jury Process, you will be advised whether or not your application has been
accepted for the following years Festival. If you have been accepted you can expect
to receive further information and contracts early in the New Year. All applications,
images and payments must be received no later than midnight on the first Friday
of November of the current year. Policies and Guidelines
Artwork is understood to include paintings and drawings, sculpture, pottery, wood
carving, and photo art. Framed photo-mechanical reproductions are to
be excluded from the display, except in the case of photo art. Exhibitors
are responsible for the supervision of their displays through out the Festival.
Exhibitors are required to set up their own displays on 4' X 8' aspenite
panels which are provided by the Festival. A non-refundable deposit of $30.00
per panel, to a maximum of 6, is required in order to reserve panels at the Festival.
The number of panels (4, 5, or 6) and the allocation of space is decided by the
Festival Committee. A percentage of all sales and orders (20%) is payable to the
Festival at the close of the Festival. Electronic application form |
